~U.S Citizens and Non-U.S. Citizens
Proper travel documentation (passport or birth certificate and photo ID, FunPass) is the responsibility of the guest and is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise. Guests traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the ship, and will not be refunded the cruise fare.
As of now, U.S. Citizens are required to present Birth Certificate and Driver's License.

~Cabin Rates, Terms, and Availibility
Rates are qouted per person based on double occupancy.
All payments are Non-Refundable.
Paying your deposit reserves the current rate at time of booking.
$50 or more charge for occupancy/name changes.
Please note that any occupancy/name changes may require a cabin change, subject to availability.
Single occupancy is available at 200% of the fare for all categories.
Triples, Quads, or Quints are NOT allowed.
If you do not meet the Payment Due Dates, you may be subject to addtional fees or loss of cabin.
New cabin requests are based on availibility and priced at the current rate at the time of request.
Discounts for paying in full, groups of 8 or more, and promoter incentives.
*Cabin quantity is limited.

~Deposits and Discounts
Pay in Full, Group, and Promoter discount info will be made available next week.
All Passengers should pay $100 to lock in the current rate and reserve their spot.
Discounts will not be applied until Final Payment (April 1st, 2009), unless you Pay in Full.
Pay in Full ($40 Discount) expires on Oct. 1st, 2008.

~Credit Card Payments
Third party charges will require an Authorization Form when the credit card holder is not traveling.
~Sail and Sign Card
You are required to create your Sail and Sign Account at the Pursers Desk, upon boarding the ship.
This account acts as your bank card for any merchandise purchased while on board the Imagination. You can add funds to your Sail and Sign Account by using your Debit/Credit Cards or depositing cash. While in Nassau, you're required to display your Sail and Sign Card upon entering/exiting the ship.

~Event Pass
Upon Reciept of Final Payment, your Event Pass will be mailed to you.
This pass is required for access to all "BuzzBoat" events throughout the duration of this sailing.
